From my and Brian's experience, he is a little slow at responding to emails

:werd:

I had ordered some parts off his website earlier this year and didn't even hear from him for a couple weeks. I got a little concerned and tried e-mails, PM's, etc. Finally, my last resort was posting a thread on FSB.com (http://www.fullsizebronco.com)forums to get his attention. As I expected, I got flamed a good bit, but it got his attention and he shipped the parts out to me that week.

Here's a link to the thread where I got flamed:

Thanks Guys.

I never could get in touch with Ryan. :(

So I will just buy the remaining parts that I am going to need for
the '65 conversion from Steve at http://www.mass-air.com/

Thanks again,
Dale

I think ryan has run into the same issues we sometimes have with the shirt business - basically such a volume of business that its hard to keep up with it.

And if he's not growing the business significantly it gets harder and harder to meep up (motivationally that is).

We aren't at that point, but I can see how it could happen very easily.
