Well how many cubic inches do you want to go?

I would recommend a dart block and about 360ci if you are going all out.

And I would look at an eagle kit as there kits are pretty damn good

Have you called my guys over at Pro Line yet?

They will get everything you need and may have a fresh built motor sitting there waiting to be bought.

I would also go with a Turbo too....

get a svo block 351 base 88mm turbo and an auto would be a mean son of a gun.

I'm probably going small cubes first that way it can be bored out if somthing happens.Does this sound alright or not.I want around 600 to 700 wheel hp I know this can be done I know about what I need but not sure.

I would do a dart block 347 then.and probably a 76mm turbo.

Your next step will be what type electronics do you want to use?

you can try stock electronics with a pms etc or you can go with a FAST system or a Big Stuff3.

I have used/installed all of them and they are all good.

FWIW I did some work on a car that had an a9l computer and a chip that made 680rwhp and ran great

I looked at a car on racingjunk.com that had a 342 dart stroker 85mm turbo 160lb injectors turbo cam with auto trans. It ran 8.19 on drag radials and 7.98 on 28 12.50 slicks. The neat thing was he had a car seat in the back and drove it 22 mi to the track to run those times. It was nhra certified.

the svo block is like a 4.1 bore and i think it can go out to like 4.150 if i remember right so you can take it twice if need be.

4.1" bore...?

I'm pretty sure they all come with a standard 4.00" bore when they are new.

After owning a couple blowers on V8s and a big laggy turbo on a small motor, I'd rather have even a laggy turbo than a blower.

this is straight from the dart website. it is there svo block.

Water jackets move outward to increase cylinder bore thickness. Cylinders may be bored to 4.185", still maintaining a 0.250" wall thickness!

I wasn't arguing the upper limit you posted... I was objecting to the 4.1" standard bore that you were claiming.

yeah i read that. i just know that you can order it from them with the 4.1 bigger bore.
