factory shifter/cheap handle or shorty

i am in need of a factory shift handle w/ the shifting isolators(the little rubber peice sandwiched between the two) i belive its the isolator but i am in need of thast or a cheap short throw or handle. the treads on mine are so messed up its not even funny and i have lost the isolator and i am afraid i might mess something up driving it w/ it just bolted to the shifter. plus the shifter keep coming look becous the holes are soo big
