All in all they all do the same job, can not say one is better than the other. Although I have a set of BBK's on my car.In saying this I would buy the bolt-in's and then have a small Weld Beed run on both sides at both ends. Just make sure that when installing them that the car is sitting on all four's. Jack the car up and place ramps, blocks, or anything you can to sit the car down on without fear of it falling while doing the install.

Maximum Motorsports or Competition Engineering.

The Comp Eng ones have a plate that goes up and along the side of the torque boxes so you can add a little strength there too.

If you can find them, Kenny Brown SFCs are good.

thanks, some people say just get any brand but i don't want to pay for something that's not worth it. Some have bigger gauge metal and some don't not looking for any crap or cheap sfc. Thanks for the links really leining toward the mm. thanks

There is a company called BMR Fabrication, ive seen thier subframes for 2005+ cars and they are by far the beefiest subframes I have ever seen. They have some for fox bodies as well, http://www.bmrfabrication.com/Mustang.htm. Not the cheapest but they look stout,
