When doing my head and cam swap I noticed a little oil in the intake coming from the pvc connection. I've had a new screen in there and oil still gets by. I have heard of an oil seperator (or oil catch can) that is used in-line with the pcv hose, but wanted to get your opinions. It doesn't look like a whole lot of oil gets by, but I want to see if it's worth the $$.

You don't have to get an expensive can, you can use an in-line filter also. See the picture of the engine in the "new from shelby county" posting in the welcome forum.
I used a oil separator filter from a hardware store that fit perfect in my line and separates the oil very good.
This is the same type of filter that Steeda sells, but you can do it yourself for much less.
