Just wonder if someone makes a automatic shifter for c4 that will fit in a 95 Cobra without having to butcher up the factory console. My interior is in ment condition and would like to keep it that way but still have good performance. Thanks in Advance

Summit has a B&M Shifter (part# BMM-81002) and the adapter for a c-4 trans (part# BMM-81020) - You could probably look ath the dimensions to see if it will fit in your console without having to butcher it...or just call their tech line.

I used a stock AOD shifter on my rev. manual C4. You might be able to use your stocker by disassembling it and modifying the detents.

There's not much room in the SN95 console/dash area.

i will be coping your setup next year so i will have to check it out when u get done. i looked at 04mach1 shifter like that sunday. it looks sweet. and his is on a reverse manual trans. i should have felt of it and shifted the gears.

FYI - If your in the B-Ham area, I was at pull-a-part a two weeks ago and there was an automatic SN-95 (I think a 1994) IIRC it still had the console and shifter, you could probably get it real cheap and proto-type off of that instead of butchering yours. I believe it was gray.

Get a quarter stick and make a plate to sit the shifter down inside the stock shifter hole.

put your leather boot over the shifter and it looks factory.

ive done it once or twice.

The time has come to slip PA C4 Comp In

Thanks for all the info years ago folks!!!

And a special thanks for waypastcrazy (Clyde),
He bought me a 28oz flex plate and had it shipped to my house yesterday.
No questions asked, except one, confirm a 157 tooth count

All I like now to start is to have one of the torque convertor bolts welded back on
And put that baby in....
