Hey SN95 guys, who here would be interested in buying some wheel spacers, and what widths?

I am talking with a local machinist about maybe making a set for me, but I might be able to get a better price if he made several sets.

If your interested, let me know how much is to much (so I can negotiate a price) and what widths you would want.

Off hand I was thinking of getting a 1/2" spacer. Would this look good with a 17x9 rim?

You will have to put longer studs for anything over 1/4" I believe. I tried to mount 7/16th spacers with my stock wheels and I couldnt get one thread on.

Longer studs is no big deal, just pull the axles and have someone press them in.

I am mainly after getting the car to look good, so if 1/4" does the trick, then great, if I need 1/2", plus studs, no big deal.

Why not save the money on spacers and get 10 inch wheels?

Because I already had 17x9 '95 chrome cobra r's sitting in the garage. I had them mounted a couple of days ago.

I need to check current prices at MM and others, but I am hoping to get these for around $50-$100

MM sells 1/2" for $75/pair

Or you can get 1" for $150 and these dont need longer studs
