I use photobucket.

Go to http://www.photobucket.com and create an account.
Upload the images.
Copy the URL. They even provide it with the IMG tags already in place.
Paste the URL into your post, and the picture will display.

I just created a step by step instruction with screen shots in powerpoint. Do you have microsoft powerpoint on your computer?

If so, give me your email address and I will send it to you

most of my pics are in the 1.8 mb range..it says they are too big.how do I resize them?

You can resize them on photobucket too.
