Well its going to be a challenge but this is the car i drag raced in my teen years and part of my 20s.I am going to bring her back to life with some tlc.going to get the old bird of prey back to flying!I traded a junk man a 390 aluminum intake and valve covers for her back in my teen years after joe coupe came and told me the junk man was scrapping her. of coarse she was alot prettier back then but hey she will be again. So me and joe who was not even old enough to drive at the time put my 1970 dome piston 4v headed 351 cleveland in her and started drag racing it.in my late 20s i got out of racing house land job etc u know the story and kevin a good friend wanted her so i gave it to him but made deal if he decided not to fix her up i get her back so here we go. By the way he is a member [aakate]So call me crazy or old or both but I am putting her back together because there are alot of great memories with this car and yea maybe i am going to relive my teen years.but here i go on a long road of a rebuild.how many people get to say i got the car i wished i had never got rid of back!specs are 1967 falcon sports coupe previous engine was a 14to1 351 cleveland best times were 7.59et with 1.29 60s n/a. here a few pic need good cleaning and paint.

Atleast your saving it. This year the scrap/junk yards have been crushing everything. Some which could have easliy been restore. One scrap yard here in town crushed about a 65-66 mustang coupe. I'm still wondering why, it looked like it just needed to be wash. I just hate them crushing cars thats in decent shape that would make a good resto-rod b/c they just don't make them anymore. It looks like you car is pretty straight and shouldn't need much to make it nice again. Good job.

Well coupe its kinda like this. I am pretty easy going guy and needed this like I needed a hole in the head.just got tired of some of the younger gen that were raised without manners poppn off without thinkn. And I have learned over the years any car can be beat. But it gona take someone that really got it together to bust my tail this round and not just somebody that thinks they do .and what better way than to go with the car I drag raced most of my younger days. Its not that I will be pickn on anyone but if someone wants some they can come gets some. Lol no I not talkn to anyone in peticular just got ticked. Off one day and went crazy. And now I have a beast to bring to the feast. And it will be bottle fed.

On a serious note here crazy, My grand dad had a silver and black one like that when I was a kid. I can remember riding in it with him to the Rollo's in Sara Land outside Mobile, AL on sundays after church. MMM that car you've posted brings back some long forgotten memories. Thanks and I can't wait to see this car run.
