My belt has decided to eat a hole in the coolant overflow bottle on the 93. Anybody know of any nice ones that can be had for the foxes?

Let me know what you find. I'm probably going to need one for the Banana also. Seems that with this turbo kit, the downpipe or something gets in the way of the stocker.

Canton make a real nice aluminum one that is around $150 or so and it is skinny and suppose to be a direct replacement.

Canton was going to be my response too. What about the one Brian has?

I got the can at SECO. It has the two tabs welded to the side and comes with some aluminum angles for mounting. I used an aluminum bar, a couple of bolts, and spacers and mounted it in the transmission cooler holes. I can't remember exactly how much it was, but it was somewhere around $20-$40; they had a few different sizes (some shorter and some bigger in diameter).

I was expecting much more than that.

:werd: does it recirculate or just a catch can?

at Brians suggestion last year,I purchased one of those from Seco.........

Nice finish and is no problem to install.........

Lee........I found some more Fox parts last evening and there is a stock overflow bottle in there.Cap is missing but yours should fit if you want it.

Also found the stock steering wheel,140mph gauge cluster and some other stuff I did not bother to look at.

If you don't use your window washer resevior I've seen several stangs just use it as a overflow. Tap a send/recieve line in it and run the hoses over to it. It's made out of the same plastic that the OEM overflow bottle is and can therefore hold the heated coolant.

I would do that but unfortunately the with additon of the procharger I have no place to install it.

The area that his washer reservoir used to be is now where his intake is. ;)

:nice: all I saw was the 94-up ones when i glanced at it this morning. Doesn't matter. Based off the fluid coming out of my pass side tail pipe, I have a bad head gasket

Did you remember to put some silicone on the head bolts / studs that go into the bolcks water jackets?

Yes, we used thread sealer on the lower studs. :yup:

Damn, that's a bummer, Lee. Didn't overtighten your lower intake and lift a head or anything like that, did you?

Aren't you supposed to torque the lower intake to 75ftlbs?
