think i found motor for the 79. its a 70 351w. what would be the best cam with a set of gt-40 p heads?i am thinking about leaving it flat tappet for now. wont be drove much just at the track for now:jester: Solid flat tappet?:wiggle:

I have a solid roller and gear drive that came out of my windsor. I went with a big nos cam. Let me know if you are interested..

The 1970 D0OE heads are not bad. You might not wanna change them. :shrug:
I recommend hydraulic but either way, summit and jegs usually have a decent selection of "shelf" cams.
