i work in gadsden you could get it and bring it back there so you didnt have to drive to anniston!
yes it is a hand pump for bleeding brakes.

the FMS#8 next to the armory, down from the airport on airport rd i work tues-fri 700-530. ill go dig it out tomm when i get back from the doctor let me know what day you want me to bring it to work!
