when I do the cams, I was wondering what to do next. I was thinking of control arms, but should I go with uppers & lowers, or uppers & subframes?? I need to make a decision in the next few days!

Thanks, Rich

If you havent done subframes yet, that would be my first recomendation. They made my car feel so much better than stock. I wouldnt have even imagined that they would effect the cars feel as much as they did.

I would do subframes first, then do upper and lower control arms at the same time.

Yea, I know I need subs, but I was also thinking of traction. Do I need to do uppers& lowers together, or can I do lowers first?? How much diff will the uppers make??

what kind?? I was looking at UPR's. I've heard of a lot of guys using them with 300-400 HP cars, and they worked fine.

UPR's are pretty good. Please stay away from the red or black ones that musclemotorsports on ebay sells. Those are those cheap ass granatelli arms that my lil 280rwhp car ended up egg-shaping on of the control arms.

I'd still get subframes first though

you CAN wait on the subframes if you want to

I haven't heard anything bad in the past couple years but when UPR first came out with those arms I watched 2 sets of uppers experience failures on street cars...just fyi....But if nobody has had any problems since then they probably have fixed that problem by now ;)

Yea I heard the smae thing Paul, I think it was UPR and X2C Motorsports that had the same manufacturer that was using cheap materials. Since then they both have found a better supplier.

Rich: you can wait on the subframe connectors as the 94 up cars have a far more rigid chassis than that of the fox bodies.

SFC's all the way.

Unless your control arms are wore out, you won't notice any difference on your car, or at least I didn't

Dont cheap out on CAs...you'll be kicking yourself later on... If you're budget limited, get the SFCs...cheaper and pretty hard to mess up. MM all the way.
