HR means hydraulic roller, and I'm assuming the T in front of 3389 is for their "Thumpr" cam series. That's all I've got.

That is typical Comp Cams nomenclature... The CC is for Comp Cams.
The 3612/3129 are intake/exhaust lobes and HR10 means it's a Hydraulic Roller ground on a 110º LSA.
I found the intake lobe, but can't find the 3129 exhaust lobe...is it for sure 3129?
Cam looks like this so far:
224º/xxxº (@.050) 276º/xxxº (gross duration)
.512"int./xxx"exh. with 1.6 rocker
