Well, after looking around, I have finally got into another Mustang.

Found this on the other side of town.

Right now, it's just a roller. No engine/Trans

Front clip came with it, just isn't pictured.

Red interior- will be the first thing to go

I also have a few parts that came with it which will be for sale soon.

Well, here are the only pics I have at the moment.

The notches that are cut out of the bumper and up on the firewall were for Turbo related parts, so that will need to be fixed, but it's the only real metal work that the car needs..

Not too bad for 500 bucks, clean clear title, what yall think?

I'm not draggin ass on this project, i got a engine and trans lined up to get, and a long list of other stuff.

First thing is the interior, gonna get all that done first. That red interior has to go. I figure i will paint most of it.

Need to figure out what a lot of the wiring is on the floor under the carpet, or where the carpet should be. I know the car is wired for a trunk mount battery, so some of the cables are for that.

Also, i need to figure out which computer I need for the 5 speed set up, if it matters, i think the A9L is the best computer for the fox? need to research that.

Right now, my main focus is getting the front clip back on, and the interior done. I plan to start work on that tomorrow morning.

Don't remember if i already posted this or not, but the car has a B&M shifter for C4-C6 in it that i will be selling as soon as i get it pulled out.

Nice find! what kind of shifter?

Right now, all i know is that it's a B&M for C4-C6 and can work on AOD with a different cable or some shit, but i won't be needing it at any point because i will be putting a 5 speed in.

When i get it out of the car, i'll look around on it, bound to be a part # or something..I'll let you know

Thanks. I like the car a lot, even in it's current state lol

But Today, i hope to get the nose put back on, and seats took out, maybe a few other things too. Aside from that, i think it's ready to be put together

Well, the nose didn't get put back on due to lack of nuts/bolts. He said every nut and bolt off the car was in a box in the trunk, but when i looked, couldn't find any of the fender bolts or anything i needed for the front...

But, I got the B&M shifter out, and got the seats out and managed to find a few dollars in change, a ton of various screws, and a big ass crescent wrench.

Passenger side floor pan has some surface rust, i did a little knocking on it, it sounds the same on both sides, so i THINK it's just surface rust from not having any carpet in and moisture etc. I'll probably sand this lightly and hit it with a coat or 2 of Rustoleum.

But for now, I'm stuck at finding the bumper and fender hardware, i think 5.0 Resto sells them, but i will check.. Here are the shifter pics for those interested and new pics of the car and stuff..

darkside

It's like this, only I can't recall seeing the gear indicator on it..

I'd take..120 or best offer w/ shifter cable.

Well, i got the computer and engine harness pulled out today, and traced down some more hacked wiring.

Looks like the car is in for a total re-wire. A guy off of Corral in jasper has been talking to me a lot, and is probably gonna come up and help out with the wiring and everything else, along with another buddy of mine.

I've decided it's going to be Carbureted, but i have yet to decide on a 302 or 351.

i know a dude that might buy it, a guy off Corral forum is helping me out a lot with my car, and he's gonna basically build a new chassis harness for my car, but im giving him my EFI harness for doing that for me, and he's gonna re-wire it too and sell it..so he may be interested in yours for the same

UPDATE : Today, i got the dash pulled out, and the wiring harness behind the dash pulled out so a buddy of mine can re-wire it for the carburetor set up, that and how it is now, it's been hacked up and spliced into and is probably a fire hazard waiting to happen..so here's how she sits as of 12/15/2009 @ 4pm
