sounds like you have a head gasket leaking or a crack in the head.

you dont think it could be a air pocket in the system and needs burped out

possible. did it do this before you changed the water pump? i assumed that you changed the pump because it was running hot.

it did run hot but not all the time somedays it would but some it wouldnt then it started leaking then i changed it the guy that dynoed it for me is the one that did it for me i drove it home after he fixed it and did fine then i got home it started pushing water out the cap at high boost

if it wasn't doing this before the pump change the a air pocket is possible. if it was pushing water before the pump change then i highly doubt it is an air pocket. i would most likely say it is a head gasket.

it is work a try to burp the air out of it because it will definitely cause it to do what you are saying. if it started doing it at high boost and then got worse i would say that you have a blown head gasket. you can run a pressure test on the cooling system.

thats not what i wanted to hear thats what i figured was wrong with it but i thought they might be a trick to burping the system i hadnt had the car long couple months dont really no much about them

If you have the car running before it starts blowing the water out does it have air bubbles in the overflow tank Like someone is blowing in a straw?

it has air bubbles in the intercooler tank

It takes a good amount of time to burp the cooling system on a 4v. You need to take the cap off the coolant crossover never the snout of the blower. You add your water here and let it burp. It usually takes about an hour for all the air to burp out

Don't know about the intercooler tank but on a 5.0 car when the car is running before it starts blowing coolant out if it has air bubbles in the overflow tank like that it either has a blown head gasket or cracked head 9 times out of 10 it the head gasket. Does the intercooler tank have anything to do with the coolant system as far as the radiator, water pump ect. ?

no it cools the supercharger

how many pounds of boost are putting through it? im still thinking it is the head gasket since you stated that it initially started doing it at full boost.

im running 12 pounds of boost

take the cap off when it is cool and crank it up and see if it blows water out of the coolant tank sometime between it being cold and getting up to operating temp. if it is an air bubble it will pour over the top sometimes but if the head gasket is blown it will shoot out like a water spout because all the compression is going into the cooling system.

it blew the water out while cool i would say its got a blowed head gasket like you said

Did you figure your problem out?
