I have read a lot of stuff where the slave cylinder will come apart from the extra pressure plate tension. Since Coupe on here works for Spec, he maybe able to give you more info

The SPEC pressure plate for 2005+ mustangs has a pretty light effort so never an issue with factory hydraulics... but.... the factory hydraulics are kinda notorious for problems not actuating enough, dragging, etc...and that's with any brand of clutch, even OE. So if the car has any significant mileage, I recommend changing it now while everything is apart.
