I went to the track at Steele today. I tested my new set up, 33 spline spoll etc. Boy it is easy do a burnout now. I try the antiroll bar too, on motor it picked up a 10th. Now let me tell you this, you guys are a bunch a crazy m.... f....ers. I made a pass on motor in the right lane, and when I got to the 1/8 mile I felt that I was riding a crazy horse!! Damn track is uneven, then holes after the cones and track uneven, I tought I was going to loose it down there at the end. Best 60 ft time on motor was a 1.69. After tunning the motor for a while, I put the juice, 225 shot to see how the anti rollbar works, well it work the car did not twist, but going down that piece of shit track, was wild on the juice. I got out of the car like I had the shakes, that was tuff and hard to stop with that uneven road. But this is what is funny, my car puts 60ft times in the 1.40s 1.38, well, how does a 1.61 ft times sound to you on the juice, it smoked the tires down the track! People said that the slick where screaming like street tires, it ran a 10.68 at 129.99 mph???? I gues I lost the time between 60 ft times and the 330 mark. Stephens cars broke the drive shaft in his 3rd pass.

Damn it! Why didn't you tell us you were coming up :slap:

Yeah Steele isn't quite as smooth as MMP. The 11.5 pass I made least year (on spray), I drifted bad to the middle of the track ( I was in the right lane also).

I could not tell anyone that I was coming due to my computer was at the shop and I did not get it until Saturday late night. I just could not beleive that I had a 1.61 ft times on spray and et drags, I can see that happening with the quick time pros, but even with those I had 1.42 ft times. I do not know what did they call renovate the track up there. There is a 1/8 mile track over here that is a mud hole, and the track hooks better and some mean 1/8 miles cars have laid 5.10s with 1.20s ft times.. Oh well, I guess I'll put the 275 shot for Commerce and see what happens, or go up Friday night to MMP and test again.

Edgar there's an 1/8 about 50 miles South of Dothan, used to be Powerhouse, but some Pro-mod guy out of Tampa bought it. It's new name is Breakway and the track is coming around real quick. I cut the same 60 there as I do at Holt which is know for it's hook.

Doing good I've been back from SWA for 5 weeks. Breakway (powerhouse) is a much better track than it used to be and it's been getting better every week.
