THE X CAM OR STEEDA #19??
this will be in a stock 89 rebuilt short block with 1.90 Edelbrock heads and explorer gt40 intake, long tubes, AOD with shift kit and a 4000 stall and 4.10 gear. I have run the x cam in the setup before and loved it. Wat yall think?
X cam 224/224 .512 .512 @ 110
#19 220/226 .480 .480 @ 115
I will be 1.7s if i go with the Steeda.

I'd go a little on the small side, as you will love the grunt. I think an X-303 is a little too peaky in a 302...but that's just my "feel."

The only reason i was asking bout those two is i have them. another cam is not in the budget rite now. I have run the x in that combo be for in a 79 lx and it went 7.93 on a radial.

Sell one (or both) that you don't need and buy one that works better with your setup?
