Was just wondering if anyone here has made the swap and how hard the it is. Also the wiring how difficult is it. I'm just curious about this . Any info or links would be great thanks

The install is straight forward. The wiring isn't to bad if your if your decent with car wiring and reading the wiring schematics. Get the gauges to work is the hardest part imo. A coyote swap is a better swap to me. Just alittle more expensive and the same power n/a.

Well I know I can get everything I need for the terminator swap for around $10k. How much more would the coyote swap be? I've looked at the crate motors but they don't come with transmissions or wiring

You can run any trans that would bolt up to a 4.6. If you go auto, you will have to have a mvb or some type of standalone controller for the trans. I'm running a 4r75 with a mvb on my coyote swap.

Also you can get a motor from the f150 for around $2500 used. They have alittle less compression and different cams than the mustang motor.

No I've been out of work due to health problems and been really bored reading up on a lot of different things
