The swiss cheese part is the windage tray, it is 1/4" thick and the Main Support is the 3/4" thick piece you see in the 3rd picture. Very nice pieces and made of Biller 6061-T6 aircraft Aluminum.

On a side note I got the headers in the other day and man are they huge, for comparison I can take a balled up fist and stick it in the collector of them. 1-3/4" MAC Longtubes Ceramic coated with 3" collectors.

ADDED Some Pics here

Gforce internals are being ordered as soon as the motor is finished.

Hmmmm, what are the specs on those internals Tommy? I've been thinking of a TKO 600 for my car. But, if the T5 with beefier internals could handle it, then I may look that direction.

Brad here is the spec sheet and pricing on the G-force stuff.

My friend with a turbo 347 in a coupe is already having trouble with his TKO 600 and it has literally been down the track only 2 times and does not get driven on the street that often. It would not go into second or third until the rpms dropped a little as if you were driving on the street. The car should run some low 7'ss to high 6's since it trapped 97mph in the 1/8th mile.

Yeah, I was going to get a TKO 600 that was modified from another company. They beef it up even more than what they are stock. But it was really getting expensive after adding up the tranny, the tranny upgrade, bellhousing, clutch and shipping from good 'ol Cali. So this route may be better! ;)

Yeah, that's one of the added benefits of the G-Force T-5. Also, it weighs a lot less than the TKO. :yup:

Sweet!!

Yeah, the cost was getting up there! About 1800 for the tranny, about 400-500 for upgrades, 300-400 for a bellhousing, and another 200-300 for another clutch just started getting waaaaaay expensive. That's getting close to the 3k mark and that's not even with shipping. Sheesh!! :nono:

I got a chance to check out Tommy's progress last night.

The car looks great (engine compartment smoothing) and the engine does too, and those headers, damn nice I must say.

Can't wait to see it running Tommy!
