For tweecer users...

Is it when the kamrf's don't move as much.

I haven't checked mine in a while. I probably should but I figure its really useless since I know I need larger injectors and a re-calibrated MAF.

Of course I am also wanting to change setups completely too :jester:

It's all subjective, some people try to get perfect "1's" for fuel trims and probably go crazy in the process. I read that 4% is an acceptable range for Ford.
I'm done tuning when the car works correctly at wot, idles without stalling and starts well whatever the temp is. Of course optimizing timing for best throttle responce and so on too.
Mine is 95% of the way there and I don't really mess with it anymore unless I learn something new.

I agree completely. For me, it's when the car drives as good or better than it did stock. my car currently will start up at any temp, gets 23mpg avg./ 27max, Runs awesome at WOT, no misses, stumbles, bogs, hiccups, or rattles at part throttle.

I still get some KAM's but if the car runs perfect, then I see no need to adjust any further. I think you could do so in an endless loop where you wold get KAM's with weather changes.

Evetually, you haev to call it quits. Since it runs perfect, wait til you get more injector to start messing with it again.

that's what I figured. Our tuning on my car (Italian LX and I) has pretty much stopped as of a few months ago. Just wanted to see how the other members did theirs

I guess I consider being "through" when the DRIVABILITY is back. Of course, I'm not through yet... :(

Finished tuning???? What the heck is that all about. That is like asking are you ever done modifing the car or finshed working on it.

If you answered yes then you got a few screws loose. :)
