View Full Version : Finally got rid of those wheels....

Well, I finally got talked into getting rid of those damn mullet wheels ... so ... decided it would be best to just put the whole car over on its side ... that is .. after it flipped once.

So, CRZYPNY has gone to that big drag strip in the sky ...

Happened about 11:45 p.m. on a deserted road. No phone signal, thank God for 911 working without one. To late to worry about calling a wrecker service so he's still on his side resting against the trees.

Stay tuned for pics of the carnage ....

[no injuries to report (other than the death of the car)]

seems to me to only be body damage and nothing structural. Can't really tell without seeing in person though.

To get that car fix it is going to cost more than the whole car. That rear panel is crush, to get that fix its going to cost a lot. If you are going to sell the tranny, let me know, I have one of my customers looking for one right now, if is a T5, thanks:

If it was me, I would just find a 4 cylinder coupe body. They can be had in decent shape for 1k or less sometimes.

Hey, who was driving? I think you've been down that road before and you know you need to take it easy on those curves with the old mullit wheels and tires. :puff:

Damn good thing the driveshaft was balanced last week, no telling what might have happened if you wouldn't have had that done. :poke:

I believe it was mentioned elsewhere that 'the sickness' was driving

I was between the lines ... just the wrong ones ... the lines between the road and trees isn't a fun place to be ...
