Markings on the end of cam are Z 002. Casting in the side of cam is CWC EP 52 with a purple paint dot.

does anyone know if this is the right cam for a 5.0 HO?

wouldn't hurt to have new springs

you will need new springs.....the stockers will float in the upper rpms with that cam

thats kind of what i figured...
i dont have to worry about tapping the valves though?

i have 250 psi beehives on it... it will float still?

Man; that cam has a lobe separation angle of 109º probably better suited to a carburetor car. And it wll definitely lope. I would not recommend it for a street car.
Are you looking for a stock cam still?

yeah i definately am... i need one, or close to stock...
i want to use "stock", or close to stock rockers... and "stock" (or 250psi springs...)
thats what i got for "STOCK"

if i can have a stock cam... it will be great... the guy that i was working with went AWOL and left me high and dry... so my car is parked in the middle of nowhere... and i am just trying to get it minimal so i can get it back on the road... that way i can finish it up

i got alot of nice stuff... but i couldnt finish the buildup with no notice... so i am scrambling
i am down a cam, 1 main bolt, and tools to put it back together... (he took them with him by accident i guess) i got the tools covered and the main bolt... im just trying to find a cam

For a stock car its hard to beat the lunati 51014. It sounds killer and performs well!

Yes; But springs would be in order for stock heads with it.
Or just go 51017  It's pretty bad for off-the-shelf.

would a cam for a 93 be the same for the 94-95 5.0?
i am pretty sure that they are the same... but people are telling me otherwise

Close enough. You'll never tell a difference.

The cam for the 93 is the same as the cam for the 94-95. They have the same profile but different partnumbers.

The 93 cobra and 94-95 cobra have the same cam profile and part number
