i think it fell off its track.. haven't driven the 94 in a few weeks. got in it jus to drive her round yesterday. and went to roll down the d/s PW..heard a loud !thud! and the window wouldn't come back up..

Daamn it!!! :notnice:

as far as i know you can still pull teh window pane back up manually, you mash the button an you hear the window motor hummin so that ain't it.. motor's brand new, put it in june..

any ideas or different diagnosis?

Maybe the gear came off the motor?

Was the new motor brand new, refurbished, Ford part, aftermarket, etc.?

if the guides/rollers are plastic like a lot of cars I have seen, they probably are wore out or broke

I thought I saw a thread once on corral.net in the 94/95 specific forum about some plastic rings that can were out on our cars, may want to try and do a search there and see what comes up.
