Haven't raced since May and I got the itch. Headed up to the mountains to LACR. It's 2700 ft above sea level, and my first time racing there. DA = teh suck

Nice numbers.

I do however have a question though. I have seen others post it and dont quite understand the purpose. What the crap is the point in having an "corrected" time. Either you ran it in 12.43, or you ran it in 12. I am nto asking this to attack you in any way Darren, or to say anything bad about your car in any way, I just dont understand the point.

I don't know for sure, but I bet it has something to do with the density of the air at that altitude.

I'll answer that question with another question... why do people post SAE corrected dyno numbers?

It's simple. It's so that you can compare your car and other people's cars with some sort of stadard measurement and remove the variables of elevation, time of year, weather, etc.

;) soooon.....

My new goal is to hit 11s at that track (2700ft). That would be an easy 11.7 at any other track. THEN the juice. I'll be getting an electric water pump and porting my intake soon (know a local guy that will do it for cheap...he owes me $$$ :D). That should get me 12.1ish. Shed some more pounds, manual steering/brakes/strange drag brakes????
