What kind of x-pipe?
Need WD-40, 9/16-11/16 misc sockets and wrenches (or metric equivalent) and a large wrench for the 02 sensors.

good jack and jackstands. get the car as high as you possibly can to do the work. A lift makes it 10x easier :p

Do 2v's require a gasket on the pass side like the 4v's? If so you will need a new gasket

i got my gasket at Napa, so i'm sure you could. get some extensions and swivel joints or whatever they're called. Or take it to Chris' house like I did and use his air tools.
PB Blaster works great to get the old pipe off, but yours shouldn't be too bad since its practically new.

large wrench for the 02 sensors.
That would be a 7/8" wrench ;)
