My memory is slipping here guys, but what number autolites work well for a stock 5.0? I am thinking it was 762's or 104's but dont quite remember. Anyone help an aging mind?

Yea, the stock plugs call for the 25's but there was a plug that worked well that was 1 heat range colder I believe, just dont remember the number.

The 104's are best suited for the GT40 iron heads becaue of the reduced threaded area. They would be too shallow for an E7 head and wouldn't stick out on the combustion chamber.

I used to use the 24 or 25's when I had stock heads. :nice:

The 24's would be one heat range colder than the 25. :nice:
