hemi orange paint on 89gt?

Do you guys think that would look pretty bad ass? I want to try and give it that old muscle car look and thought that would really bring out the concept.

orange is my favorite color...and i personally think it looks hideous ona fox body mustang.

Really......that's what I'm trying to decide if it would look right with the car or not. I don't know what the hell I want to do. I don't want no flashy ricey looking paint job, but I want it to stand out a little. Was thinking sonic blue or burnt orange also.

sonic blue looks great on a fox body as does bright atlantic blue...i would go that route

Orange looks good. No metallic or pearl. Nice clearcoat.

Orange with the right wheels, and tinted windows would look good imo. However, I think sonic blue really does fit a fox much better.

I have been thinking of painting my '85 in a few years the burnt orange from the 69/70 Boss Trans-AM factory cars, along with a semi flat black hood for a little retro look. Remember though that this is a track only car.

I really like sonic blue a lot, and have considered doing that on my '95 Cobra when I repaint it instead of the factory black.
