I'm looking to convert to a 31 spline set up and need to know the diameter of 31 spline axles where they slide into the carrier. I'm thinking they are 1.33 anyone know for sure?

No but I can run a set of inside mics up in my carrier, Curious as to why you would ask?

Found a set of no names they gave the spec (1.33) Just curious to see if they actually match up with MW or Moser.

the 28 spline axles in the new car are not that strong. 31's are :banana:

Drag radials and 28 splines will do the same thing...ask M1speed how he knows. :jester:

not for me yet. My 28's have over 150 HARD launches.

Of course I still run a t-5. It usually breaks first :D

Ya I have only broken 1 28 spline axle and at 5500 drop on slicks something was due to break.

sounds to me like you guys are living on borrowed time...lol, but then again you OBVIOUSLY don't have my kind of luck...lol :cheers:

Stock engine,and a panhard bar. Snapped it (well Chip did) at MMP.:jester:

+1 I've gotten HIGH mileages on my 2 LX's plus gut wrenching launches only thing i snapped from drag racing is the center chuck out of a stock clutch disc year's ago. My old 302's pulled off at 5k, this 331 w/ the 3.55's pull out at 5.5-6k

Trying to get my blower fin. for May 13th to make runs on it this post will probably bite me in the ass, as the coupe will get the shat ripped out of her.

Killer you still running the 28's plus T-5's Lee i miss running T-5's but am out of stock w/ them only have my 2 3650's waiting to see what breaks <if ever> on them.
