I'd like some suggestions for a good fuel pump and FPR for the'94.......

Mods for now are just gonna be the Typhoon Intake,Headers,Prochamber and underdrive pullies.....maybe this will provide a bit more kick in the Ass.....

Would it be best to go ahead and do the fuel pump and FRP too?

They don't have to be done together...but I suggest a gauge at the same time as regulator.

I have a line on 255 in-tank pumps, with strainer, for $79.99+ ship.
Works fine in my car :nice:

What brand pumps do you have access to Coupe?

maybe it would be best if I said I am looking for a FPR instead of a FRP.....

I would go with a Kirban reg., and a walbro pump, bbk has a gauge kit for around 28$ as well...

i had an aeromeotive regulator for about a year and the vacuum diaphram was leaking... just an fyi,

I have a TB elbow, and Tb sitting around the house here... Its a 70mm BBK, and trick flow TB adapter

It's a generic "competitor" to Walbro and my contact has had fewer returns of these than actual Walbros. ;)

BTW...the stamped-steel adjustable fuel regulator has always worked well for me. I ran one for 6-years on my first SVO (same one as a 5.0L) and it saw 16-18psi all the time and never leaked, broke, or stumbled. It was a Carter, but same as Holley, Accel, etc...and it looks stock too!

Personally, I would go with the walbro 255 pump and a kirban fpr as well. You can get a walbro 255 for just over $100. I forgot where it was but Paul new some place to get them for $10 to $15 less than most places.

I do not recommenmd a kirban regulator, had one on the Cobra and within 2 months you could not adjust fuel pressure, put an Aeromotive on it and no more problems.

Hmm, I had the opposite experience. I have been running a Kirbin for over two years now and it has worked flawlessly.

My Aeromotive I had before that caused erratic pressures... however, I did buy it used off of Ebay, so I don't know exactly how old it was. It worked fine for the first few months I had it, then it started with the problems.
