I have it saved to my hard drive and the animation works fine, but when I upload it, it's stuck on the first frame.

I think the problem is that the file is too big, so it's just making into a single frame instead of an animated gif.

If the forum software has to resize the pic, it strips the animation portion of it. Make it fit in a 128x128 box and 25600 bytes and it will work.
