How much are you spraying? What compression, and fuel are you using when spraying.

Well we bought 2 cases and 4 40's and when I woke up in the morning I had about 10 Bud Lights left. No I haven't even taken my car off the trailor yet but plan on doing that today.

3923...

Lee what is the stock plug number? Is it a 3925 or 3927 My car is acting up again so I carried it to the dyno and tried a new ecm no change then we tried a new mass air no change. The only thing we know is the plugs are getting gas fouled on two sets of plugs so we decided to go to a hotter plug to see if it is the culprit of my aggravation:banghead: The car is hard to start and will not rev past 6 grand plus is popping and snapping:banghead: Thanks Steven

3925 is stock equivalent

You have something else going on if you are fouling 3923's

MAF wiring issue? Bad TFI on distributor?

Fouling only a couple plugs huh? ...injectors bad? valve guides?

Well it is fouling all 8 plugs, not likely to be bad injectors being all the plugs are fouled. We checked alot of stuf last night and I said I doubt it is the plugs being I changed them and they fouled out real quick but they insisted it could be the hole problem so instead of getting pissed I said ok what ever. We change the mass air flow sensor out with a new one with no change but did not check the wires. I also changed the module out on the distributor also no change. Going back tonight to see if I can figure it out.

:dunno: valve guides?

what do you mean valve guides?? what could they cause it to do. Was also thinking that it could be a lobe wore off the cam but would it not act up all the way through the RPM range instead of just 5 grand:dunno: ?

Can't see the valve guides doing it..

What MAF and injector setup do you have? Didn't you say someone tuned the car for you a few weeks ago? Did they actually tune it or just do some dizzy and fuel press adjustments?
What a/f is the car laying down now on motor?

I am running a 42 injector ( Lucas injector I believe) I cant remember the name on the MAF but they are calibrated for 42's. Yes they use the diablo chip and burnt a chip while making a lot of pulls to get everything straight. The air /fuel is around 12 to 1.

well the culprit is the tube that runs from the MAF to the throttle body. The tube was deformed to say the least went to change the plugs and noticed a blockage in the pipe witch is no longer there and it will now rev to the moon:banana2:

That's making it fatter.

You should be somewhere around 12:1 on juice and 13.3:1 on motor

ya your right that was what it was when we fixed the tube and then we leaned it out. Dont remember what it is ? Will find out in about 2 hours going to make a few pulls and spray the big shot to it to make sure it is all OK
