Throttlebody is probably whistling. Some do, some don't

I 2nd the t/body question. If it is a BBK or a professional products, than that is your problem

Make sure the PCV did not pop out after you installed the intake. I have had that happen before nad it whistled like a tea kettle.

I installed a new intake with a professional products TB and had a whistle, but it was not the TB. It was the PVC valve. It is real easy to pop these out when putting a new intake on. Also, check your headers.

i've had a edelbrock 70 and 75mm t/b both whistled like that. they say drill 1/4 in hole in the butterfly and it should fix it.

I have heard that drilling a hole in the butterfly helps, also. Never tried it though!

Isn't a 1/4 in hole a little big though
