what size tb to run
 
I've got 93 cobra intakes and i was wondering what was the biggest size throttle body to run with out hogging the intake out. Help please.

You have to modify the 93 cobra intake to accept any t/b bigger than a 65mm.

It doesn't take much though.

Seriously, Lee is right. Doesn't take much with a die grinder. And if you don't have a die grinder, this is a perfect reason to go buy one!!

You can see (hopefully) that I just put ~1" transition there.

Yep. ChipR4cam on here had to remove maybe an 1/8" for my 75mm t/b to fully open and not hit any part of the intake

I have a cobra intake and a 70mm TB. I did not have to modify anyting. The opening in the 93 Cobra is 70mm. Maybe I was lucky but the gasket and TB lined up without have to modify anything.

Interesting. Do you have an OEM cobra intake or one of the newer aftermarket FRPP intakes
