351w ideas??

Lets say if you had a 351w block thats never been machined on.
what would you do with it

reason I ask is cause I have a car with no motor and I have a 351w laying around.
I want a street/strip combo that is going in a fox body with a 5 speed with a total weight of ruffly 3100lbs and would like to see mid11s on motor with some room to grow later on, what would you go with.

stroke it or leave it stock stroke

this thread is just for ideas so please say what ever you think

If I had one, I'd probably stroke it out to a 418 with all forged internals and put it in my coupe.

. . . oh wait, I already did that. :D

x 3 for a stroker...you might as well b/c it's not that much more than a "stock" set of rods/crank/pistons etc.
