I powder coated pretty much eveything you see in the pics except for the engine block/ heads, and the motor mounts. (Engine block wouldnt fit in my oven...

Simple Green cleaner, putty knife, wire brushes, scotchbrite pads........tons of scrubbing and LOTS of CUSSING :fuss:

Cleaned all the nasty coating off the frame rails --- this stuff is REALLY NASTY----I hated working around the motor with this stuff, its like tar and gets on everything.
