The only reason I didn't go ahead and order the whole kit is because I am to lazy to drop the IRS and replace all of the bushings right now

You don't have to, I already know. We replaced the bushings in Thejeanyus's 03 several years ago

Just the diff or everything? Apparently its an 'all or none' deal to see any real benefits....
