The problem has not been cross threaded plugs....too common to be something that simple.
If you want a 4V head then come by the shop....I've got 2 RH ones sitting here ;)

Brian, what head is that....I have a couple of RH DOHC 4.6 heads.... if they are the same....you are welcome to one if you need it.
