Manual, what is that?

I was able to get an EEC-IV training manual. It was for all of the techs but I found 90% was to basic and the other 10% was informative.

The main limitation of the EEC-IV is the internal clock speed. The EEC-IV are pron to have problems if the car is rev'd above 7000 RPM. There are a few people out there that have been able to change...
