new throwout bearing with clutch????

i bought a spec stage 3 clutch for my 2005 saleen s281 and i was told they have hydralic throw out bearings....when i replace the clutch do i need to get a new one of does the factory one do the job...

i was goin down the road...(not slowly ha) and my when i straiten back up my clutch pedal just sagged and i pulled over in the parking lot and my clutch pedal completley just sagged and would not go...
