A friend and I both have KB/tweecer.......however we use the A9L. I know the eecIV in the 94-95 are a little harder to tune.

I'm going to totally disagree with the removing tweecer and tuning with a APFR.

Use the tweecer to get the a/f down to ~13 or so as recommended. Base OL fuel table.
Using the aformentioned idea...

94-95 eecIV mustangs have no requirement to adjust tps as in a fox, because it is calibrated during each start up(zeroed out). If you do adjust it too far it could affect its calibrating process. ...
