As far as mounting, you'll have to fab up some brackets for it. I used some 1" wide aluminum strips I bought at lowes.

A/C clutch is mounted on the end of the a/c (built into the pulley).

I used to run a March ram air, and never had any issues except in my own driveway, which was a pretty extreme entry/exit angle.

It was mounted right below the foglight as far forward as possible....

I agree with lee, scoops are at about the same point as the factory piece, and they are closer to the wheel as well. Closer to the wheel makes them even less likely to get knocked off since the wheel...

Some types of tailpipes (according to brand) will clear the PHB. I believe MM says Dynomax and any other brand that closely follows the original pipe routing works.
