Re: So... whats up with the TwEECer forums?
I suppose some of us could write some tuning guide stuff and post it here like we have on the tweecer bbs under FAQ.
FWIW, I see the files we used to have here are not accesable anymore either...

Re: New meter
Are you tuning it yourself or just relying on the meter's calibration?
If you can tune it then you should be able to fix the problem.

Well, fwiw, I just got an updated CDAN4 dat file today and it has a lot of stuff added to it as well as being cleaned up for mistakes, etc.
I guess MG is working after all :)

Re: Just got MT DR's today
Next size down would be the 275/50/15's. As far as how they fit it depends on your car/wheel backspacing/lowered or not, etc.
I just finished changing the LCA's to adjustable ones so I can lift the...

Re: Just got MT DR's today
I'm not sure it ever gets below 50-60 down here :)
I was thinking that maybe the taller tire height is helping out too on my car, never ran 28's before.

Re: Just got MT DR's today
Dale-I already have Moser 31sp's in the car with a girdle, etc. Surprisingly, in the past I had stock axles and ran as low as high 1.5 60ft's and they did not break but after that particular run I...

Just got MT DR's today
The only size available locally today was 325/50/15. They are 28" tall compared to the typical mustang 26" size.
I have Weld Prostars 15x10 with 6.5" backspacing, no quad shocks and no tailpipes....

Re: EEC-IV Tip on Adaptive Control
Just curious, Dale, why was it necessary to do that? We all know about getting the maf curve as close as possible, etc, so the adaptive range is only needed if you don't get the curve real close.

Re: Tuning Problems.
The maf is ok in your setup since you are using the MAFIA. The maf will continue measuing airflow beyond 5 volts even though the EEC won't recognize it. With the predator you are reading the maf...

There is a flow sheet for the SCT meters in the doc. section if you want to try and use that meter. Either one will require tuning to make it work. I guess I would lean towards the SCT meter a little...

Re: cold start stumble....
Go to scalars, "manifold volume", reduce the value a few points and see if it helps. If not, then increase the value and check again. It is used as an accelerator pump and will fix that problem.

I think the best use for the wot fuel mult. is if you have a pegged maf where you can increase fuel by rpm, not airflow.

Yes, the tweecer will work with it. It's true that most injectors bigger than 50's are low imp, but now there are 60's available in high imp. so I'm pretty sure yours are ok.
BTW, when you put those...

Re: What year GT's........
I could be wrong but I always thought 99 and up GT's had 8 bolt flywheels, not just the windsors.

Edit..Looks like I'm wrong, just checked, 99-00 windsors only from what I can tell.

FWIW guys, you don't need to dial in the afr in CL unless you are past the adaptive range of the eec for some reason (bad maf curve). 14.7 is what you are going to get no matter what if you are...
