91' was the first year for the wheel well widening in the front for 16" pony wheels. I'm running 275's DR's on a 17x8" wheel and I have no rubbing issues, but then again it's not a tall tire.

I'm helping my brother install a S/C on his 95L. This powerdyne kit uses the stock crank pully, but he threw it away after installing UD pullies. I have a stock 5.0 crank pully, should it be the same?

I wouldn't bother with spacers....just get some Mavromont 17X8 pony wheels with some 275/40's that will fill the wheel well fine.

I would recomend AFR 185's. They will work fine on a stock bottom end without causing PTV clearance issues. The heads might be a little big for your mods listed, but it will give you plenty of room...
