Thanks for that, looks like the frequency matches up nicely and just voltage or possibly wiring are the only differences. I actually tested the wrong VSS sensor and my VSS outputs a 0 to +10v signal...

I am after the specifications of the VSS signal that the A9L requires. Our Australian 5L's run a different VSS sensor with a single wire output and a 0-0.7v square wave output which the A9L isn't...
