I never drove it when it was still stock but i thought it was a pretty nice feel once i got behind the wheel. Like you said the pedal effort felt a little quick but it was certainly i nice feel.

I have done only one but i bolted up the...
I have done only one but i bolted up the bellhousing first and then bolted up the trans. Never tried it the other way around.
Hope that helps.
Oh yeah forgot to say to use thread lock.

Flywheel to crank: 75-85 ft lbs Clutch/pressure...
Flywheel to crank: 75-85 ft lbs
Clutch/pressure plate to flywheel: 24 ft lbs
Bellhousing to engine: 28-38 ft lbs
You will have to bolt it all in piece by piece. So flywheel then disc then...
