yes the heads are aluminum, its a trickflow track heat intake and the car will be used on the street and might see the track a couple times a year, basically a street car though, but a street car...

port and polish prices?
wondering if any of you know what shops usaully charge to do a port and polish and gasket match for the intake and heads also is pocket porting worth it?

BBK shortys i would say long tubes but they're such a pain in the ass if you have to swap a clutch, my dad runs BBK longs on his Terminator

cost of a cage installation?

now those are for the H.O. blocks correct, and where all 89-92 (87 and 88 too but speed density and tune=no fun) H.O. or only select models....was 93 hyperpathetic pistons or did it continue to use...

sounds like a great deal to me, and with the money you saved you could afford a 5 or 6 PSI paxton novi 1000 kit (5 psi kit $1700) to put you even closer to that 400rw mark....with a good tune you may...

yeah, the saleen supercharger on an '05 with exhaust and intake and tune will make 400rwhp on 3.5 lbs of boost.....read it in an arcticle somewhere was amazing to me, i thought only civics ran 3.5psi...

well after collecting the info i think i'm going to stick with my original N/A application becuase of the cost to go blown.
my goal would be 400rwhp and the street fighter setup dyno'd at 400...

its a CHP block, i dont know what they use but they told me their engine can support 600HP so i wasnt worried about over powering not to mention i probably wont have the money to get her to hook...
