7.5 inch rear question

drivetrain specialties sells a detroit locker ,good gears and axles aswell as a rearcover girdle....how much could our rearends take with these parts installed....I know theres a board member or two...

I don`t know if anyone has tried using the accel plugs or not...but the crossover for the 764 is ACCEL # 0514

spark plug question

should bosch platinum + sparkplugs be gapped at the rcommended gap or should they be gapped larger ...the reason I ask is I pulled the plugs on mine and found the gap at .055" and the book calls for...

picked up the new relay this morning from work...

picked up the new relay this morning from work ....the part number is borg warner R4105 and it was only 16 bux canadian ...hell of alot better than the 153 dollars that ford wanted

fan control module

who on here can tell me where the heck its located ..fan works when hot wired...fusible link is fine ran power to the fan,and ran a ground to the sensor ,,the fan came on around 220* the fan...

did you run it thru a relay and use the temp sensor to complete the ground loop...also when I was trying to figure out that a/c issue in the spring it seems the fan controller also controls the a/c...

ok all is well the front yoke fit ...the rear...

ok all is well the front yoke fit ...the rear companion flange was different and the new napa # is 1-0134 it uses 1310 on 1 side and 1330 on the other the shafts in and it got rid of the vibration

UPDATE- I found an aluminum driveshaft locally...

UPDATE- I found an aluminum driveshaft locally ....so all i do now is change out the yoke,put in new u-joints and go from there or maybe I won`t need to change the yoke its out of an all wheel drive...

up till 88 they used the five litre style...

up till 88 they used the five litre style bellhousing 89 and on they went with the linkage style hence mine is the linkage style but I`m not sure what yrs of them ran the t5`s
