Can anyone make a recommendation? It seems like every other month I have to replace the vacuum caps on my Turbo Coupe. I been using OE style rubber and they just seem to crack and fall apart too...

I would start with replacing the fuel pump & filter then go from there. If it's the stock pump, it's probably near done anyway especially if it's making a lot of noise.

Well, I figured out what it was - the rod to the wastegate was sticking. Anyway, the valve is holding firm at 18psi which is max for the stock IHI turbo. All good... for now!
